Minion Nails?...

Hi! This is my last entry for this Halloween Nail Art Challenge. Now, I know I deviated a little from the theme. Hihi. You see, I was browsing Youtube for some horror movies for inspiration when I stumbled upon this super cute trailer for Despicable Me 2. These minions are just soooo cute. I couldn't stop myself from drawing them on my nails as soon as possible. lol. I'll try to do a tutorial on how to draw them (but I'm not sure when it will be up).
(^_^)
Anyway, I've been feeling a wee bit sick these past few days. I guess my body couldn't handle the ever changing weather here. I promise I'll try to post regularly again (especially now that I found this wonderful challenge I want to try next). Don't forget to visit the other entries here. Good bye for now and I'll see you again soon!

Dracula Nails?...

Hiiiiiii! This was supposed to be my entry for the "Halloween character" theme for this Halloween Nail Art Challenge. I scheduled this post ahead of time but for some unknown reason, I clicked "Save" instead of "Publish" so this post went straight to my Drafts. *face palm*

(>_<)
Anyway, I tried to draw Dracula on my nails. Now, I'm a little torn about this design. I wanted to draw Dracula cutely but I think he looks really scary instead. lol. I also had a hard time drawing those fangs using a toothpick so I used this really (really, ... really) tiny cross stitch needle instead.
(^^,)
I hope you like Dracula on my nails. Don't forget to look at what the other participants did in the links below. Also, if you have any nail art challenges for the coming months, please tell me so that I can participate. I'll go visit your lovely blogs now. Good night and I'll see you again soon!

Mummy Nails!...

Hi! I'm sorry I haven't posted these past couple of days. The weather here was so bad, our electricity got cut off. But it's back now and I'm more than ecstatic to get back to blogging.
(^^,)
This is my entry for the "mummy" theme of the Halloween Nail Art Challenge I'm participating in. Now, I got my inspiration from this wonderful post and as you can see, three of my mummies are looking to their left but the last one is looking up. Hihi. I guess it got distracted (or I did and I messed it up a little). lol.
(^_^)
Anyway, I hope you like them. I'll try to comment back tomorrow. My internet's acting a wee bit crazy tonight. Don't forget to visit the other challengers' mummies below. Good bye and I'll see you again soon!
(^o^)

Ghost Nails?...

Hi! Just a quick post before I go to sleep. This is my entry for the "ghost" theme of the Halloween Nail Art Challenge I'm participating in.
(^_^)
I applied a black base coat and then drew some ghosts using my trusty toothpick. I know they look simple and easy but I think they look cute too. Hihi. I hope you like them. Don't forget to visit the other challengers below. Good night and I'll see you again tomorrow!

Late Bat Nails!...

Hiiiiiiii! I'm really sorry I haven't posted lately. My internet connection died and I've been trying to revive it all week.
(>_<)
Gah, I don't really want to dwell on that so let's just proceed to the nail art challenge. The next theme for the Halloween Nail Art Challenge is "bat". I used Bobbie Salmon (again) for the base and then drew some bats here and there. I really had a hard time drawing those wings (and those ears too). Hihi.
(^_^)
Anyway, I also missed the challenge regarding spiders. I'll just submit my "Cobweb Nails" again because I think that's the best spider I've ever drawn in my entire life. lol. I hope you like them. Don't forget to check the other challengers' entries below. Good bye for now and I'll see you again tomorrow!

Tombstone Nails!...

Hi! This is my late post (because of my epic fail internet connection) for the Halloween Nail Art Challenge. The theme is "tombstone".
(>_<)
I saw this cool graveyard nail art from the very talented Rina of Simply Rins and I was immediately inspired to do my own version (albeit, much simpler). I first drew straight black lines on the tips of my fingernails and then added some designs here and there. Hihi. Sorry, I just can't stop myself from giggling like a fool whenever I see that huge hand on my pinky and that small tree on my middle finger. I mean, if you compare it to the size of the tombstones. lol.
(^_^)
Anyway, I hope you like it. Don't forget to look at the designs of the other challengers below. Good night and I'll see you again tomorrow!

Candy Corn Nails?...

Hi! The next theme from the Halloween Nail Art Challenge I'm participating in is "corn candy".
(^_^)
Now, I really, really tried to draw candy corns (I practiced a lot on fake nails). However, my execution was a little... awry. I used OMG's Banana Boat, Bobbie's Salmon and Caronia's White Satin. I also taped the sides diagonally to help make it more candy corn-ish. Hmmm. The ones on my middle finger and ring finger look okay but the others are... not.
(>_<)
Still, I gave it my best shot. I guess I should just stop practicing like crazy and start winging it like I did in the other challenges. Hihi. Anyway, I hope you all had a wonderful day. Good night and I'll see you again tomorrow!
(^^,)

Spiderweb Nails!...

Hi! The next theme for the Halloween Nail Art Challenge I'm participating in is "spiderweb". I used Dazzle Dry Mythic Teal as a base coat because I needed to do this manicure in less than an hour (and because I looove the color).
(^_^)
I first drew spiderwebs on three of my fingernails using a toothpick. And then I tried (really really tried) to draw a spider on my ring finger. I was aiming for a long-legged spider but it turned out to be a tarantula. Hihihi. I'm so bad at drawing animals.
(>_<)
Anyway, I hope you like it and I promise I'll keep on practicing so that I can give you better designs next time. Don't forget to visit the other challengers' wonderful designs below. Good bye and I'll see you again soon!
(^^,)

P.S.
I've also included the entries for the "spider" challenge here because I also submitted this for that challenge.

Bloody Nails!...

Hi! Today's theme for Glitter Obsession's Halloween Nail Art Challenge is "blood". This design's very easy to do. First, I used L.A. Colors Sheer Beige as a base coat so that my nails will look like skin. I then stamped this cool, uhm... swirly? image I found in Fauxnad XL plate S using the red Konad special stamping polish. But then I decided my nails didn't look bloody enough so I tried to make the swirls drip a little by applying a top coat right after I stamped the image.
(^^,)
Also, I can't believe that Konad polish is still alive! I bought this five years ago and the formula is still fantastic. I mean, wow! Just, wow!
(**,)
Anyway, I spent the night joining giveaways here and there and I'm feeling a wee bit sleepy now. I'll definitely try to make a list tomorrow so that you can join too. Good bye now and I'll see you again tomorrow! And don''t forget to visit the other challengers below. Bye!

Glow in the Dark Halloween Pumpkin Nails!...

Hi! I recently joined Glitter Obsession's Halloween Nail Art Challenge and the first theme is "halloween pumpkin".
(^^,)
I used Bobbie's Salmon for the orange parts, OMG's Banana Boat for the yellow parts and Chic's Black Velvet for the black parts. Now, please excuse the ridiculous faces you see as I had some trouble controlling my too excited hand while painting. Hihi. I also applied Caress' Glow in the Dark nail polish to the yellow parts so that they'll glow when I turn the lights off.
(^_~)
I hope you like my pumpkins because. I think I spent around three hours doing them (yes, I'm that slow, lol). Anyway, don't forget to visit the other participants of this challenge (see them below). That's it for today, good bye and I'll see you again tomorrow!
