Color Trends Sherbet Nail Polish Collection - Blueberry, Mango, Raspberry and Tamarind Swatches

Summer is here and it's time to whip out all those bright colored nail polishes. That's why today I'm going to show you the whole Sherbet collection from one of the local nail polish brands here in the Philippines - Color Trends. I bought all four sherbets - Blueberry Sherbet, Mango Sherbet, Raspberry Sherbet and Tamarind Sherbet using my own money.

Tony Moly GR03 and Dearrus Noblesse NM22 Review

Today I will show you two yogurt polishes we (me and my sister) bought. One's from Tony Moly and the other one's from Dearrus. Brief background: yogurt nail polishes (also known as milky glitters) are polishes filled with different colored glitters in different shapes or sizes. As opposed to your glitter top coats which have a clear base, yogurt polishes have a colored base that adds a sort of layered look after two or three coats of application. That's why they've been my favorite ever since I tried my very first one on. And here's a couple more to convince you that this type of polish is the most awesome of them all. lol.

Hi everyone! Today I have swatches of the third polish I have from this collection. This one's called Mint Daiquiri. I was curious enough to google the cocktail to see what it looks like. Yup, this is nothing like that at all (I'm not sure where the mint part is). But I don't have anything similar to this polish so I'll keep it (*coughs* hoarder alert).

Hi! This is the second polish I have from this collection (the first one's Sky Fondant). My camera had a hard time capturing the awesomeness of its color but I must say it's very unique. I usually stay away from buying shades like this but it's just sooo pretty.

Pina Colada!....

Hi! Just a quick post before I go to sleep. This nail polish is a pretty yellow that reminds me of pineapples (craving for pineapple shakes now, lol). It was a bit sheer but a few thick coats fixed that. Woohoo.

Mint Daquiri!...

I did my nails while watching the Korean variety show Running Man (vs Big Bang! kyaaaaa~) so I was a tad excited and didn't do that good a job at applying even coats and everything else.

The polish was a little too thin for my taste. I mean, I applied around 4 coats but I can still see my nails underneath. But its brush was thin making it very easy to apply and it's toxin-free! Wow!

I'd definitely recommend this for semi-formal occasions because it made my fingers look longer and more elegant, hahahaha. Oh yeah, for those who don't know, mint daquiri is a type of drink and Bobbie has a nail collection dedicated to drinks so I'll definitely find the others. Anyway, It's very hot right now so I'm going to hide somewhere cold and pray that evening will come sooner.
