Hi everyone! I was lucky enough to win Lola Dodge's awesome giveaway at the beginning of this year and I received my very first pair of Zoya polishes. One of them is this goooorgeous textured polish from their Pixiedust collection. I've only seen it in pictures from other bloggers and I'm so excited I get to try it now. Woohoo~

Hi! Today I have swatches of this gorgeous nail polish from Chic's Sandy (or Grainy) Collection. It's called Shadow Crystal and it's one of my favorites from this collection. Now, all of these were taken about a month ago (right before this post) so I still had long nails.

This is something I found while I was waiting for someone in Landmark Trinoma. It has a sandy finish (please excuse the smudge on my forefinger) and it smells like bubble gum. *sniiiiiffsss* It smells really goooood. lol. I just want to bite my nails.

It also reminds me of black asphalt and it looks really good from a distance. The only problem I have with this nail polish is that it's very hard to remove. Well... I still think it's worth it. lol. That's all for now, good night and I'll see you again tomorrow!

Hi! This is another nail polish from Chic's Sandy Collection. It's a purple polish that glitters like crazy. I only applied two coats and the shade is already awesome. The formula was also very very good making it very easy to apply (just like its siblings).

Anyway, I had a good time today playing the Easter Egg Hunt game. I won a huge amount of junk food (bye bye weight, lol) and I also bonded with my family. I hope you had a good day too.

Anyway, this is another polish from Chic. It's this cool glittery red polish named Siam which has a grainy or slightly rough texture. I used around 2 coats for this and like it's siblings, it doesn't chip that easily.

Loooove this grainy or sandy nail polish from Chic! I applied just 2 coats of this and I'm already happy (a rare occurrence nowadays). I really want to use this again and again and maybe I will. Bwahaha.

Anyway, I gotta keep this post short because I'm a little busy trying to design a good layout for this blog. I mean, the colors need to be cute and cool! (Is that even possible?) I keep on making and then deleting backgrounds left and right and I just can't decide. Bah! I think I need to sleep now and then wake up around midnight later to try again.

Layered Nails!...

Layered Nails! (or gradient nails). Bwahahahaha. I really looooooove my nails today! They're soooo coooool. Hahaha.

Anyway, I used tape in making this. It took me almost three hours because I wanted to make sure that the layers are really dry before I apply the next one. I used three different grainy or sandy nail polishes in making this. The first one is Chic's Shadow Crystal (see my post about it here). The second one is U&A #8012 and the last one is Blue Place's dark gray one. I'll post about the last two again separately later. I hope you like it and i'll see you again tomorrow! Goodbye!

I bought this from a nail polish stall in Trinoma. The texture is really similar to Chic's grainy collection so if you're really hesitant about the price, just buy Chic which is cheaper (A LOT cheaper).
