Hi! Today I have some locally produced nail polish strips to show you. I normally try to stay away from such strips because I know my nails are wider larger than normal so they don't really fit me but (BUT!) these are just way too cuuuuute. I mean, come on, look at those ladybugs!! lol. That's why I couldn't resist buying them and then praying that they fit me. Haha.

Funky Black and White Decals!...

Weeeeeee..... I really love the design on my nails today. It's filled with these cool, funky, black and white shapes that remind me of paper windmills (or paper pinwheels). I feel ready to disco or boogie or something. lol.

Anyway, I have a ton of pre-cut water decals left and though I want to share all of them at once, my nail polishes are screaming for attention. lol. I still have a lot  of bottles that I haven't shown you so I'll go back to swatches tomorrow. If you see anything on my list that you want me to swatch, just let me know and I'll try my best to comply.

Multicolored LV!...

Hi! This is the next set of pre-cut water decals that I have. I'm a bit disappointed with it because I can see a bit of white around the edges (made it obvious that I used decals). Still, my nails now look like those multicolored Louis Vuitton bags that I like but can't afford to buy.

Anyway, I just bought a pack of nail beads because the colors are gorgeous. lol. But I don't know how I'm going to use them. (Do I use nail glue? clear nail polish? tape? saliva? ew. lol). Oh well. They're still pretty. Haha. Good night for now and see you again tomorrow.

Pink Leopard!...

Now, so far, I've been showing you pre-cut water decals (the decals are already shaped like nails) but the next set is not yet cut. I mean, it's basically just a sheet with a cool design on it. Hehe, challenge accepted. (I'll try to trace the pre-cut ones and then apply the finished product.)

Bamboos!...

Hi! This is one of the scheduled posts I made just in case I couldn't blog (because of blackouts, dying computers, epic fail connections, upset stomach, etc). So, tadaa!...

I really love how my nails looked. It's like I sketched some bamboos on my nails (using a pencil or charcoal). Cool, right? It's one of those pre-cut water decals thingy so it took less than ten minutes to do my manicure.

Gold Foil Water Decals!...

*sighs* The lights went out while I was applying these decals so I'm not sure if I applied them correctly. Still, I promised you a week of water decals so here goes...

They were smooth before I applied a top coat but after I did, they just crumpled like hell. (Is it just me, the decal or the top coat?). My nails now remind me of gold aluminum foils, like the ones you usually use in baking or something. lol.

Purple Plaid!...

I'm so sorry I didn't post something yesterday. It's all because of my epic fail internet connection. (The connection was cut due to an unidentified reason). *sighs*

Now, because the frequency of my posts last week was very choppy, I will try to show you seven different water decals. (back-to-back-to-back-to-back-to-back-to-back-to-back, lol). I really hope this will redeem me in your eyes.

The first one is a purple plaid design. I really like the color purple so I chose this first. I also tried to position all of my nails so that you can see the design properly but alas, my hand looks very awkward. lol.

Plaid Water Decals!...

Hi! A while ago, I tried to make something (okay, it was a cat, I tried to make a cat) using my nail art brushes but I forgot to protect it soooooo it got smudged. Rawr.

All of my hard work wasted. I was so mad at myself for being so stupid that I went downstairs and rolled around until I forgot what happened. (I hate smudged designs). *bumps head against the wall*.

After all that, I went back to my room and rummaged around my nail art stuff (to look for more ideas). I then found my water decals. Boom! Tadaaaa! I used the base coat + soaked decals + top coat technique and voila, instant nail art! I'm happy with my nails now. lol. I really like this whole plaid look (reminds me of my high school uniform, lol).

Swirling Water Decals!...

Tadaaaa! This is my first time applying water decals on my nails (the whole thing, that is). As you can see in the picture, my index finger's decal smudged at the tip. Hihi. That's because I wanted to rush everything so that I can take a picture already and then post it. Haha. I was a wee bit excited. Still, it's very easy to do and even though I failed, it's not that obvious.

I definitely recommend this for those who don't have enough time to do any nail art techniques. I mean, you just have to apply a clear base coat, soak the things in water, position it on your nails, dry it a little and then apply the top coat (see? it's soooo easy!).
