Hi everyone! I'm baack~ Sorry I haven't blogged these past few weeks. I was really sick and it got to the point where my family threatened to drive me to the hospital. I managed to convince them that it was just the flu and that I'll be okay after a few days of rest. Turned out I needed more than a few days and so I pretty much spent most of the holiday season in bed. lol. Anyway, here are some photos of what happened in my life after my battle.
We went to church to say thanks to God for helping me recover. I didn't want to take a photo inside (and be rude) so I took one outside while I was in my car. And those plants were just too cute. They remind me of Christmas trees.
The family next door are keeping two cats as pets even though they are rarely at home. Also, those two cats decided to borrow one of our storage room's corners and raise three kittens in there. It breaks my heart to think that these kittens won't be cared for properly. Please, please, please, take good care of your pets and take them with you. Don't just leave them and forget about them. They need love and care.
Speaking of Christmas, here's a photo of all of my gifts to my family. There are only five of us so I usually buy at least ten gifts (big and small) for each person because we're the only ones who give gifts to each other. lol. And I think no matter how old you get, opening presents will still make you happy.
Here are all the nail polishes I received as presents. They're mostly local brands but I also have four The Face Shop ones.
I also received this awesome recipe book from my sister. I can't wait to try the recipes in it. Let me know if you'll be interested in reading about my cooking adventure.
I also got a pair of purple throw pillows, a cross stitch design/pattern and a couple of cellphone cases. Woohoo~
I live in a tropical country and I think I'm the only one obsessed with winter clothing. lol. Good thing my family understands and supports my obsession. They gave me a pair of fur-lined legwarmers, a pair of fur earmuffs and a panda eye mask.
Lastly, I also received these awesome jackets. The one on the left is a black and white faux fur sleeveless hoodie and the one on the right is a brown panda jacket. Too cute~
I just want to say thank you all so much for being such nice people and supporting this humble blog of mine this past year. Let me know in the comments below how your holidays went. As for this year, I promise I'll work on posting regularly and I will try to post as much nail art as I can. I will also keep some backup ones just in case more emergencies happen in my life. Thank you again so much for dropping by and I'll see you again tomorrow!
